Dedicated server hosting, INR pricing, no long-term contracts

AIC Cloud delivers bare-metal dedicated servers across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North American datacenters — built for high-traffic websites, busy game servers, AI/ML training workloads, large databases, and enterprise applications that need consistent, predictable performance. Plans start at ₹1,840/month with INR billing and UPI checkout.

Unlike a VPS, where multiple customers share one physical machine, a dedicated server is yours alone. You get the full CPU, the full RAM, the full disk I/O, and full network capacity. No noisy neighbours, no resource contention, no surprise throttling. It is the right choice for any workload where the difference between 100 ms and 500 ms matters — whether that is real-time multiplayer games, financial transactions, machine learning inference, or a popular SaaS product.

What is a dedicated server?

A dedicated server is a complete physical computer in a datacenter rack — usually a rackmount unit with one or more enterprise CPUs (Intel Xeon, Intel Core i7-i9, AMD EPYC, AMD Ryzen), 16 to 256 GB of ECC RAM, NVMe SSD or enterprise HDD storage in RAID configurations, and a 1 Gbps or faster network port. You rent the entire machine from us, get root or administrator access, and run whatever you want on it.

Compared to cloud VPS, dedicated servers cost more but deliver dramatically better performance per rupee at scale. A 4 GB cloud VPS at ₹399/month gives you a slice of a shared machine. A 32 GB dedicated server at ~₹2,660/month gives you the entire machine — including all 4 cores at full clock speed, all the RAM bandwidth, and direct disk I/O. For workloads that actually saturate cloud VPS limits, moving to dedicated is usually 3-5× faster while costing only 2× more.

When should you choose a dedicated server?

Common use cases where customers move from VPS or shared hosting to a dedicated server:

  • Hosting your own game servers. Minecraft, Counter-Strike 2, Rust, Valheim, Terraria, Garry's Mod, FiveM, Palworld — anything multiplayer benefits from a high single-core clock CPU and consistent low latency. The Intel Core i7-7700K gaming-grade configuration (4.5 GHz boost) is purpose-built for this.
  • AI / ML training and inference. Running Stable Diffusion XL, fine-tuning LLMs, training computer vision models, or running batch inference at scale. Dedicated CPU + RAM means no slowdowns from neighbours, and you can attach add-on GPU instances for compute.
  • High-traffic websites and SaaS products. Once your site grows past a few hundred thousand monthly visitors, a 4-8 GB VPS starts running into CPU and memory ceilings. Moving to dedicated removes the ceiling — you get consistent performance even during traffic spikes.
  • Database hosting. Running PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch with 100 GB+ datasets. Direct disk I/O on NVMe SSD without virtualisation overhead can be 3-5× faster than a similarly-priced cloud VPS.
  • Self-hosted Docker / Kubernetes / Proxmox clusters. Running multiple containers or VMs of your own on raw hardware. You get full control over the hypervisor and can pack more density than a shared cloud could ever offer.
  • Compliance and data residency. When regulations require dedicated infrastructure (no shared tenancy), a dedicated server is the simplest way to meet that requirement.
  • Replacing AWS / Google Cloud / Azure for cost reasons. Hyperscaler bills can run 5-10× higher than dedicated for the same workload. Moving steady-state production from AWS to a dedicated server is the single biggest cost optimisation many SaaS teams ever make.

AIC Cloud vs OVH, Hetzner, AWS bare-metal — quick comparison

Most Indian developers comparison-shop AIC Cloud against three categories of business-class dedicated server providers — OVH Rise, Hetzner enterprise (AX/EX), and hyperscaler bare-metal (AWS i3.metal, Azure dedicated hosts). Here is the honest comparison at the production-workload tier:

ProviderEntry priceBillingIndia payment methodsSupport
AIC Cloud₹1,840/moINR, monthly, no contractUPI + Indian cards + net bankingWhatsApp + email, real humans
OVH Rise (business)~€69/mo (~₹6,250) + setupEUR, monthly, no contractInternational cards onlyTickets, EU timezone
Hetzner AX / EX~€89/mo (~₹8,050) + €99 setupEUR, monthly + setup feeInternational cards onlyTickets, EU timezone
AWS bare-metal~$5/hour (~₹3 lakh/mo)USD, hourly, complex pricingUSD card, no Indian payment supportPaid support tier required

For Indian businesses, AIC Cloud removes the friction of foreign currency billing, foreign-card forex fees, and not-being-able-to-pay-with-UPI. The hardware is comparable — in many cases identical — to what direct OVH or Hetzner offers.

What is included with every AIC Cloud dedicated server

  • Full root / administrator access. You own the OS, the software stack, and the configuration. Install anything.
  • NVMe SSD storage in RAID. Most plans ship with 2× NVMe drives in software RAID-1 mirroring for data resilience.
  • IPMI / KVM remote management. Power-cycle, reinstall the OS, mount custom ISOs, and recover from kernel panics — all without our intervention.
  • Anti-DDoS protection at the network edge. Always-on infrastructure-level mitigation included at no extra cost.
  • Public IPv4 address + IPv6 /64. Additional IPs available on request.
  • Unmetered bandwidth at 1 Gbps+ port speed. Most plans include unlimited transfer with a Fair Use policy. No surprise overage charges.
  • INR invoices via Razorpay. UPI / net banking / cards. No FX, no foreign transaction fees, no surprise renewal hikes.
  • WhatsApp + email support. Real humans, fast responses, English and Hindi.
  • Month-to-month billing. No 12 / 24 / 36-month contracts. Cancel any month, wallet refunds to UPI.

FAQ

Common questions

Dedicated server plans on AIC Cloud start at ₹1,840/month for the entry-tier KS-B configuration (Intel Xeon E5-1620v2, NVMe SSD storage). Mid-range gaming-grade servers (Intel Core i7-7700K, 4.5 GHz boost, 32-64 GB RAM, NVMe SSD) cost roughly ₹2,660-3,500/month. Enterprise-class Xeon servers go up from there. All pricing is in INR via Razorpay (UPI / net banking / cards). There are no hidden setup fees, no long-term contracts, and prices don't change on renewal.
